Don’t miss the 19th CAMC Forum & AGM in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia from September 29 to October 1, 2010. CAMC’s annual Forum is one of the foremost events in the Canadian aviation and aerospace industry. Delegates hear first-hand about industry trends and best practices, expand their contact networks, and recognize the exceptional contributions of their peers. This year's Forum will focus on the new reality, and will address the questions: What is the current state of the economy? What will recovery look like? Will it be business as usual? Is the old model broken? What new skills are needed? How will we train tomorrow’s workers? The Forum’s dynamic program of keynote speakers, panel discussions and workshops will all focus on this subject from different angles.
CAMC is pleased to announce that this year’s Forum will have a partner in the Western Aerospace Alliance (WAA). In addition to its participation in Forum events, the WAA will be holding will be holding its own meetings, workshops, and panel discussions.
The Career Forum has become an integral part of the conference. This day-long session runs concurrently with the regular program and brings local aviation students (the future of the industry) face-to-face with today’s professionals and industry leaders.
The CAMC Forum has several regular features that are always popular with the delegates. The Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening is known as a classic event, with great networking opportunities, entertainment and food in a casual atmosphere. The Awards Night & Gala Evening, with its “not-to-be-missed” reputation, will once again give the conference delegates an enjoyable way to end the day on Thursday.
