| Eurocopter Canada | | | | Eurocopter Canada Limited (ECL) has been manufacturing in Canada since 1984 in Fort Erie, Ontario, and currently employs 150 people. Our facilities include our main plant with 100,000 sq. ft. of space, located on approximately 165 acres of land. We provide a wide range of multi-purpose helicopters, from the AS 350 and AS 355 through the BO 105 and BK 117 to the Dolphin/Panther and the Super Puma/Cougar MK1-MK2. New helicopters just introduced to the product line are the EC 135 light twin engine helicopter and the EC 120 light single engine helicopter. Personnel at our plant comprise a dynamic and professional team covering all industrial aeronautical functions and specialties. Our production department, overhaul shop, blade repair shop, and repair facilities meet all requirements for A.Q.A. P1, European JAR 145, and FAR 145. Our level I-IV overhaul shop is certified to perform overhauls and major repairs to dynamic components such as transmissions, gearboxes, main rotor heads and swashplate.
