| Venture Aviation Inc. | | | Venture Aviation Inc. is a Toronto based Aviation Maintenance Company (AMO 48-03).Venture is approved by Transport Canada for structures with ratings in sheet metal and composite aircraft repair. In 2005 we obtained manufacturing capabilities and are also becoming well known in the industry for aircraft painting.A satellite facility known as “Venture West” was established last year near Winnipeg Manitoba. The satellite shop mirrors the main base in facilities, tooling and capabilities.After six years of consistent growth, 2009’s ‘Venture’ is to expand our main base location. This will facilitate our expansion of composite and manufacturing capabilities in North America and Europe. Venture has submitted an application to EASA for approval this year. We hope to add dual certification to our capabilities list by early summer.
Mark Del Vecchio is our Accountable Executive and Angela Del Vecchio is our Director of Business Development and Quality Assurance manager.
Our Team of Support Staff includes Margaret Basile for Human Resources and Administration, Dennis Grisoni, our Venture East shop manager and Chad Laing, our Venture West shop manager.
