Our HVOF process has been selected by several countries and many OEMs, including Caterpillar and Boeing, as the best replacement for Hard Chrome, due to its superior wear performance and the elimination of major environmental and health concerns. Our ENC process offers a cost-effective corrosion/abrasion-resistant alternative for larger quantities of lower cost components, and these coatings can be hardened and specially formulated for H2S/CO2 environments. HyperTop This environmentally friendly coating has been accepted by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The smooth surface is used extensively on hangar floors; industrial kitchens; facilities such as petroleum and chemical handling/storage tanks, pipelines, etc.; Ship/Marine structures, platforms, decking, ballast tanks; and more. With this coating, no fuels, oils, chemicals, acids, or — in the case of kitchens — bacteria seep into the floor.
