CAMC has issued an RFP to solicit proposals from interested and qualified persons and organizations to provide Research services related to performing an update of the Human Resource Study of the Commercial Pilot in Canada. 

The objective of the Request for Proposals for phase one of the Update of the Human Resource Study of the Commercial Pilot in Canada is to engage a research contractor to perform a nation-wide scan of the aviation industry in Canada, analyzing its breadth and scope, as well as its challenges and potentials. Analyzing society’s perception of aviation as a career, as well as quantifying the current supply and quality of commercial pilots, identification of required future skill and knowledge, as well as estimating the demand for future pilots will be a key focus of this research.
